O R D E R

--------------- Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.364 of 2015 of Mala Police Station registered for the offences under sections 323, 406, 498A and 506 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. First petitioner is the husband of the first informant. The other petitioners are his parents and sister. It is alleged that the petitioners misappropriated the first informant's properties and subjected her to cruelty and threatened to cause her death.

4. Heard.

5. The first informant sustained some minor injuries like contusion and abrasions. Since this is a family matter, the first attempt of the Court should be to amicably settle the dispute. If the petitioners happen to be detained, the attempt will not be successful. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, this application is allowed.

1) The petitioners shall be released on bail after

B.A. No.2239 of 2015 2 interrogation on their executing a bond for 25,000/- ₹ (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

2) They shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if they are so required by him in writing.

3) They shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.

4) They shall not harass the defacto complainant or her relatives.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
