O R D E R

Petitioner is the fifth accused in Crime No.297/2012 of Kolavalloor Police Station, registered for the offences under Section 304 IPC and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosives Act. The case was registered on the allegation that there was negligent handling of explosive substances, which resulted in the death of one person.

2. Heard.

3. The prosecution has no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation is only general. Therefore, I am inclined to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.

4. In the result, this application is allowed on the following conditions:

i) The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for 25,000/- with two solvent sureties ₹ each for the like sum if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

BA.2265/15 ii) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by the Investigating Officer in writing.

iii) He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.

iv) In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
