ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are the accused in Crime No. 199/2015 of Kalloorkad Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 354, 323, 324, 308 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that this is a false case.
3. Heard. The learned Public Prosecutor has placed before me a report of the Sub Inspector of Police to the effect that the case is false. Having regard to this fact, I am inclined to grant the prayer.
In the result, this application is allowed.
The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.
