O R D E R

The petitioners allegedly committed offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324and 452 read with 149 IPC.

2. The allegation is that they armed with weapons like iron rod and sticks assaulted the victims.

3. Heard.

4. The police have registered a case against the victims also, the number being Crime No.161 of 2015. The bail application of the victims also stands posted today. It is submitted that both the cases have been settled. They are neighbours. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners.

5. In the result, this application is allowed. i) The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees

B.A. No.2290 of 2015 Twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

ii) They shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing. iii) They shall not destroy or tamper with evidence. iv. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
