ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are the parents-in-law and the brother-inlaw of the victim. The allegation is that they subjected her to cruelty and thus committed the offence under Section 498(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The marriage between the victim and her husband was solemnized just one year ago. It appears that reconciliation is possible. If the petitioners happen to be detained in jail, the chances of reunion will be frustrated. So, I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners. In the result, this application is allowed.
1) The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police

2) They shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing.
3) They shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.
