ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail, filed by the accused in Crime No.1037/2014 of the Noornadu Police Station, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. Today when the application was came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and granted bail, as per the orders of the Sessions court on 18.05.2015. So the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
