Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 294B, 323, 341, 324 of Indian Penal Code and Section 120(d) of KP Act.

The prosecution case is that he is alleged to have uttered obscene words wrongfully restrained the victim and assaulted him with a stone.

All the offences are bailable. Anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
