O R D E R
This is an application filed by the petitioner apprehending arrest by Elemakkara police in connection with some non bailable offences.

When the application came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that except two cases namely Crime Nos.814/2015 and 224/2015 both of Elemakkara police station, in which he was arrested and released on bail by Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Aluva, there are no other cases pending against him.

So the apprehension of the petitioner that he is likely to be arrested by Elemakkara police in connection with non bailable offence at this stage is without any basis. So the submission of the Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petition is dismissed.
The petition is dismissed accordingly.
