The above application has been filed by the petitioners apprehending arrest by Thalayolaparambu police of Kottayam District in connection with some non bailable offences. 2.

When the application came up for hering today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no crime registered against the petitioner in Thalayolaparambu police station at present.

So the apprehension of the petitioner that he is likely to be arrested by Thalayolaparambu police in connection with non bailable offence at this stage is without any basis. So the submission of the Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petition is dismissed.

The petition is dismissed accordingly.
