Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 326 and 354 of Indian Penal Code.
3.
The prosecution case is that he along with the co-accused armed with deadly weapons like chopper assaulted three persons causing them injuries on the head. 4.
Heard.
5.
The wound certificates of the victims show that they sustained injuries on their heads. The prosecution allegation that the assault was with dangerous weapons appear to be correct. The weapons are yet to be recovered. The other accused are also at large; granting anticipatory bail will adversely affect the investigation. In the result, this application is dismissed. K.
