Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is alleged to have attempted to commit the murder of the victim by assaulting him with a chopper.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Learned counsel submits that the allegation is false and the petitioner's wife also sustained injuries in the incident.
5. The investigation reveals that the first informant sustained injury on the neck which primafacie probabalises the prosecution version that there was an attempt to kill him. It is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
