Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Perumpadappu/Andatho Police in Crime No.78 of 2015 in which he is the accused. The allegation is that he trespassed into the house of a relative and outraged her modesty and thus committed the offences under Sec.448 and 354 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the final report has already been filed and the offences mentioned fall under Secs.452 and 354 of IPC.
