ORDER

Petitioners are accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No.382 of 2015 of the Vanchiyoor Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 418 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, both sides agreed to have an attempt of mediation and the parties were relegated to the mediation process. A report has been submitted by the Mediation Centre recording the terms of settlement arrived at between the parties through the process of mediation. 3.

Heard both sides.

I am satisfied that the mediation settlement dated 22.06.2015 has been arrived by the parties voluntarily and amicably. This is recorded. This agreement will form part of this order. As per the terms of agreement, final payment has to be done before 22.09.2.015. In the light of the above compromise, the accused are entitled for a pre-arrest bail to facilitate the complete satisfaction of the mediation settlement. It is made clear that in the event of noncompliance of any of the conditions therein, aggrieved person can move the concerned authority in accordance with law.

B.A.2425/15 Reserving that right, petitioners are granted bail as follows: (i) Petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 23.07.2015 between 10 a.m and 11 a.m.

(ii) They shall execute a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum each. The application is allowed as above.
