ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are the parents-in-law and sisters-in-law of the victim. The allegation is that they subjected the victim to cruelty and assaulted her and thus, they have committed offences under Sections 323 and 498A read with Section 34 of I.P. C.
3. Heard.
4. The prosecution has no case that the victim has sustained any serious injuries. Since this is a family matter, it is always proper not to allow the petitioners to be detained in jail, as their detention will only aggravate the situation which is not desirable. I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners.
B.A.2453/2015 5.
In the result, this Bail Application is allowed. i) The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for ₹25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.
