Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the police on the allegation that he has committed the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. He and the person who is supposed to file a complaint against him allegedly entered into a mortgage transaction. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the Petitioner and his apprehension is not reasonable. I find that there is no reason for him to apprehend arrest.
