Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.64/2014 of Ollur Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 302, 109 and 449 of Indian penal Code.

She is a married woman having two children.

She had illicit relationship with the first accused and the deceased. The prosecution case is that the first accused did not like her illicit relationship with the deceased. The petitioner abetted the first accused to do away with the deceased, as a result of which he committed his murder. 4.

Heard.

I have perused the case diary. The statements of the witnesses and the confession of the co-accused indicate involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence of murder. There is a prima facie case against her. It is not at all proper to grant her anticipatory

B.A.No.2607 of 2015 bail.
