Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.212 of 2015 of the Mavoor Police station registered for the offences under Secs.225 and 332 read with Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that when the Police officer took the 1st petitioner into custody in execution of an arrest warrant issued by Judicial Magistrate in another case, the other petitioners helped the 1st petitioner to escape from custody, as a result of which, the 1st petitioner escaped from custody of the Police officer.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Prima Facie, the petitioners have committed the offences alleged against them. I do not find any justification to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In the result, this bail application is dismissed. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE / True Copy / NS P.A. To Judge
