ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested in Crime No.179 of of Vattappara Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 143,147,148,149,427,323,324 and 308 of IPC.

It is submitted that accused 1 and 2 have already been released on bail in view of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties. There is no reason why the petitioner also shall not be released on bail.

In the result, this application is allowed with the following conditions: i) The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

ii) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing.

B.A.No.2660 of 2015 2 Iii) He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
