ORDER

Petitioner is the fourth accused in Crime No. 104/2015 of Mavelikara Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 447, 323, 506(ii), 452 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that he along with the co-accused committed murder of one Kunjumon Looshas and assaulted some other persons.

2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 05.02.2015 and he may be released on bail.

3. Heard.

4. Final report has already been filed. The petitioner is involved in some other criminal cases. It does not appear to be proper to grant him bail.
