2. The petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Paravur Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offence.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have not registered a case as the enquiry reveals that the nature of dispute is of a civil nature.

5. The apprehension of the petitioner is without any foundation.
