Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2.Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under sections 143,147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 326 read with 149 of IPC. The accusation is that he along with the co-accused assaulted two persons with sticks causing injuries including fracture of the skull.

3. Heard.

4. The wound certificate shows that the assault was on the head. One of the victims sustained fracture of the frontal bone. All the weapons are not recovered.
