2.Petitioners apprehend that they will be arrested by the police on the allegation that they have committed some non bailable offences.

3.Learned Public Prosecutor submits that, no case has been registered against them at the Manathavadi Police Station and the apprehension is without any basis. It appears that there is no reason for the petitioners to apprehend their arrest.
