Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Ottappalam police on the allegation that he has committed some non-bailable offences. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the police have registered Crime 587 of 2015 against him for the offences under sections 427, 452 and 506 IPC.
3. Heard.
4. The offences alleged against the petitioner are not very serious. It is true that he is involved in some other cases. It appears that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary for effective investigation.
In the result, this application is allowed.
1) The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

2) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every Friday between 10 am and 11 am in June and July, 2015.
3) He shall deposit Rs. 1,500/-(Rupees one thousand five hundred only) in the trial court within seven days.
4) He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.
