Petitioners apprehend that on the accusation that they have committed some non bailable offences, they will be arrested by Changanassery Police. The dispute is with regard to some family matters.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the police have not registered a case against the petitioners and their apprehension is without any foundation. As of now there is no reason to believe that the apprehension of the petitioners is reasonable.
In the result, this application is dismissed. If the police happen to register a case against the petitioners the Investigating Officer shall comply with Section 41(A) Cr.P.C.
