Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences under sections 294(b), 323, 332, 427, 341 of IPC. and section 3(2) (c) of the Prevention of Destruction of Public Property Act, 1984. The allegation is that they assaulted Driver of a KSRTC bus and broke the glass of the bus and caused a loss of Rs. 4,000/- to the KSRTC.
3. Heard.
4. The nature of the allegations show that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary. But they shall deposit the loss caused to the KSRTC.
In the result, this application is allowed.
1) The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.
2) They shall appear before the Investigating Officer

between 10 am and 11 am on every Friday in June, 2015.
3) They shall deposit Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) in th trial court within five days.
4) They shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.
5) They shall not get themselves involved in any other criminal cases.
In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
