2. The petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Thiruvananthapuram Fort Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against him so far and his apprehension is without any basis.

4. It appears that the apprehension has no foundation.
