O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 149, 452, 341, 323, 294 (b), 332 and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, 1984.

The prosecution case is that they trespassed into the outlet of Beverages Corporation uttered obscene words assaulted the staff and committed mischief causing a loss of Rs.5000/- to the Corporation and prevented the staff from discharging their duties.

The offences alleged against the petitioners do not appear to be of serious nature. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary. So they will be granted their prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the result, this application is allowed.

Each of the petitioners will deposit Rs.1000/- each within 7 days in the trial court.

B.A. No.2892 of 2015 2.

The petitioners shall be released on bail after interrogation on their executing a bond for Rs.Twenty five thousand only each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if they are arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

3. They shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if they are so required by him in writing.

4. They shall not destroy or tamper with evidence. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
