Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No. 1390 of 2013 of Kilimanoor Police Station registered for the offences under sections 406, 465, 468, 497, 420 & 34 IPC. The prosecution case is that he had sexual intercourse with the wife of the first informant and at the hospital where she was admitted for abortion, he forged the signature of the first informant and thus committed the offences mentioned above.

3. Heard.

4. The prosecution relies on the documents maintained by the hospital to prove forgery alleged against the petitioner. There is a prima facie case against him. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
