Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.60 of 2013 of Moozhiyoor Police station registered for the offences under Secs.341, 294(b), 324 and 326 of Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that he attacked the first informant with a stone causing him fracture of three bones.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The doctor noticed fracture of zygoma, temporal bone and right orbital bone. The weapon used is said to be a stone which has so far not been recovered. I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
