Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C 2.

Petitioners have allegedly committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 324, 326 and 506(2) of Indian Penal Code.

3.

According to the prosecution armed with weapons like iron rod and sticks, they assaulted the victim causing him fracture and other injuries.

4.

Heard.

5.

The wound certificate shows that the victim sustained fracture of the left hand. The prosecution case appears to be probable. The weapons have to be recovered. It is not at all proper to grant them anticipatory bail. In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners will surrender before the investigating officer. They may do so if they are so advised.
