As she was absconding her case has been included in the register of long pending cases, L.P. No.1 of 2015. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that she did not appear before the court because she was not served with any summons.

2. Heard both sides.

3. If the submission of the petitioner is true, she may appear before the learned Magistrate and convince him that she was not absconding. Learned Magistrate may pass appropriate orders if a bail application is filed by her.
