Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner was found to be in possession of a forged driving license. The prosecution case is that he has committed the offences under Secs.465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The investigating officer has already seized the driving license which was found to be in the possession of the petitioner while he was driving the vehicle. There is nothing to disbelieve the prosecution case that the driving license is a forged one. It is necessary to obtain the details such as the source from which he obtained the forged driving license. He is not entitled to anticipatory bail.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner will
