ORDER
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
2.Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.2140 of 2014 of Thrissur East Police Station. The petitioner is charged with having committed the offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that, he along with the co accused committed murder of one Sekhar at 7.45 p.m. on 10.07.2014.
3.The learned counsel submits that, taking into consideration of the period of custody he may be granted bail.
4.Heard both sides.
5.It is true that, the petitioner has been in custody since 13.03.2015. But the final report has already been filed.
B.A.No. 3016 of 2015 The petitioner hails from Tamilnadu. It appears that, if he is granted bail, he may abscond. So, I am not inclined to grant his request.
