Petition filed u/s.439 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners have allegedly committed the offences under sections 323, 324 and 395 IPC. The prosecution case is that at 8.45 in the night, on 16.04.2015, they along with the co-accused assaulted the victim and robbed him of Rs.1,87,500/- and three mobile phones valued at Rs.12,500/-. Learned counsel submits that they have been in custody since 18.04.2015 and they may be granted bail.

3. Heard.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the first petitioner is involved in six other cases which include the offence of robbery. The other petitioner is involved in another case in which he is charged with having committed the offence under section 304B IPC. If they are released on bail, there is every likelihood of their repeating the offence and influencing the witnesses. In the result, this application is dismissed. Sd/- K.
