O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 452, 354A, 323 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that he trespassed into the victim's house and attempted to kiss her.

Heard.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner and the victim were in love. He has shown me certain documents to prove it. It appears that custodial interrogation is not necessary for effective investigation. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

In the result, this application is allowed.

1.

The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each if he is arrested by the

B.A. No.3026 of 2015 police in connection with this case.

2.

He shall appear before the investigating officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing. 3.

He shall appear before the investigating officer between 10 a.m to 11 a.m on every Wednesday for four months or till the final report is filed whichever is earlier. 4.

He shall not get himself involved in any other criminal case while they are on bail.

5.

He shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.

6.

He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence. 7.

He shall not harass the defacto complainant or her relatives.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law.
