Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioner was issued a notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C.
3.
The allegation is that he has committed the offences under Section 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Price Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978. 4.
Heard.
5.
The petitioner was issued a notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C in April 2015. The date fixed for his appearance was 27.05.2015. On the previous day he filed this application for anticipatory bail. His intention is very clear. He wants to defeat the provisions in the Cr.P.C. The fact that he has been issued a notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C clearly indicates that the investigation is being conducted in an honest manner. If the investigating officer is satisfied that his arrest is not necessary for effective investigation I am sure he will not arrest him. There is no
B.A. No.3032 of 2015 room for any complaint.
In the result, this application is dismissed sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV H/o //True Copy// PA to Judge
