Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Section 20(b)ii(B) of NDPS Act.

The prosecution case is that he was found to be in possession of 1.200 kg Ganja.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 20.04.2015 and he may be granted bail. The quantity seized from the petitioner indicates that he is a vendor of Ganja. It appears that if he is released on bail there is every likelihood of his repeating the offence. In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K.
