O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence under Section 58 of Abkari Act.
3.
The prosecution case is that they were found to be in possession of 142 bottles, each containing 180 ml of Indian Made Foreign Liquor.
4.
Heard.
5.
The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have been in custody since 24.04.2015 and they may be granted bail. The quantity of liquor seized from the petitioners indicates that they are engaged in the sale of liquor without any license or other authority. If they are released on bail there is every likelihood of their repeating the offence. In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV
