O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2.

Petitioners are alleged to have been committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code.

3.

The prosecution case is that at 10 in the night on 10.05.2015 they assaulted the first informant with hands and stones causing serious injuries to him. 4.

Heard.

5.

The wound certificate of the victim shows that he sustained fracture of several bones in his face. The prosecution case that he was attacked with a stone in his face appears to be probable. The nature of the injuries indicates how cruel the assailants have been. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory.

In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners will surrender before the investigating officer. They may do so

B.A. No.3063 of 2015 if they are so advised.
