Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Sections 27(1) (e) (iii) (iv), (1) (d), 47C (i) (ii), 47F (1) and 47G of the Kerala Forest Act. 3.

His earlier application was dismissed by this court with a direction to him to surrender before the investigating officer. Without complying with it he has now filed this second application. It cannot be entertained. In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer at 10.00 am on 16.06.2015. This is recorded.
