ORDER
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.145 of 2015 of Adhur Police Station alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 308 read with 149 IPC.
3. The prosecution case is that he along with co-accused who were students of a college attacked some other students of the same college with dangerous weapons causing them serious injuries.
4. Heard.
5. The petitioner has been in custody since 27.5.2015. His further detention is not necessary for effective investigation. In the result, this application is allowed.
1. Petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the lower court concerned.
2. One of the sureties shall be one of the parents of the petitioner.
3.The petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer if he is so required by him in writing.
B.A.No.3138 of 2015 2 4.Petitioner shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall he get himself involved in any other criminal case.
5.Petitioner shall surrender his passport before the lower court concerned or if he does not have one he shall file an affidavit to that effect within five days of his release.
