Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the East Police, Kollam on the allegation that he has committed some non-bailable offences.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner at the East Police Station, Kollam and his apprehension is without any foundation. Having regard to the nature of the transaction mentioned in the Bail Application and in the light of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, I am satisfied that the petitioner's apprehension is without any reason.
