Petition filed u/s.439 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under section 55(a) of the Abkari Act. It is submitted that she has been in custody since 14.04.2015 and she may be granted bail. 3.Heard.
4. She will be completing 60 days in jail after two days. The investigation is not yet complete. So, I am inclined to grant her prayer.
In the result, this application is allowed.
1) The petitioner will be released on bail on her executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with three solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2) She shall not leave the district of Alappuzha without the previous permission of the learned Magistrate or Sessions Judge concerned till the conclusion of the trial.
3) She shall appear before the investigating officer

between 10.30 a.m and 11.30 a.m. on every Wednesday for four months, or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.
4) She shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall she get herself involved in any other criminal case.
5) The petitioner shall surrender her passport before the lower concerned of if she does not have one, she shall file an affidavit to that effect within five days of her release.
6) The petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court of enquiry or trial court as the case may be.
