Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner is charged with having committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 452, 302 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20 read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

He was granted bail. But, he jumped bail; thereafter, he was arrested and produced before the court . He is under detention. The sessions case is ripe for trial. The learned Sessions Judge has sent a report to the effect that the case would be disposed of within six months. It is is not proper to grant bail to the petitioner.
