Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.1755 of 2014 of Kalamassery Police station registered for the offences under Secs.109, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326 and 302 read with Sec.149 of Indian Penal Code. 3.Heard both sides.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 06.11.2014 and they may be granted bail.

5. The final report was filed on 28.01.2015. The petitioners hail from Tamil Nadu. If they are granted bail there is every likelihood of their absconding. So I am not inclined to grant their prayer.

In the result, the bail application is dismissed. The Sessions Court shall try and dispose of the case without delay.
