2. Petitioner apprehends that she will be arrested by the CBI on the allegation that she has committed the offences under Sections 511 read with Section 34, 466, 471 and 420 IPC.

4.Learned counsel for the CBI submits that the Investigating Officer has no intention to arrest the petitioner. In view of the submission, no order is necessary in this case. In the result, this application is closed.
