The petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against him at Njarackal Police station and the apprehension is not reasonable.

3. It appears that there is no foundation for the apprehension of the petitioner.
