O R D E R

Petitioners apprehend that they will be arrested by the Police in Crime No.697 of 2015 of Kodungallur police station registered for the offences under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 308 read with Sec.149 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report has already been filed.

4. If that is true, detention of the petitioners is not necessary for investigation. They may apply for bail in the criminal court which has the authority to grant bail even in the sessions case.

With the above observation, the bail application is disposed of.
