Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as on 12.06.2015 no case has been registered against the petitioner at Chengannur Police station and the apprehension is not reasonable.

3. It appears that there is no foundation for the apprehension of the petitioner.
