Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 326 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that he along with the co-accused assaulted the victim with a stone causing serious injuries on his face.

Heard.

The wound certificate shows that the victim sustained fracture of the nasal bone and lacerated wounds between the two eyebrows. The persecution case that the petitioner assaulted him with a stone appears to be correct, prima facie; it is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
